The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Disliked: Room was humid all the time. Promised higher floor but put on 1st floor. Constant noise from garage kept me up all night.

Liked: The facilities are excellent. The staff is very friendly and there is a metro stop right in front.
Disliked: To be honest, there was nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Liked: Location is great. Continental breakfast was fine. Staff was nice.
Disliked: On site parking was convenient but difficult to reserve correctly; better to drive in without a reservation. Interior rooms have no window to outside and hallway is fully enclosed. HVAC unit did not work and required maintenance. Walls were thin with a lot of noise coming through.

Liked: The hotel is quite nicely located around 30 min to the city center and 1 h to the Airport. The room was clean and spacious with big comfortable bed. The hotel staff was kind and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast could be more diverse with more fruit and vegetables options.
