Liked: Very clean accommodation; excellent breakfast buffet; very comfortable.

The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Dark, stuffy room

Liked: Good size room, comfortable bed, very good shower.
Disliked: Most of the rooms in this hotel have to windows to the outside world. They have windows towards the corridor, which means that there is no natural light at all in the room - the rooms are dark, there is no fresh air coming in, and there is no privacy if you open the curtains because everyone walking down the corridor can see you. A radiator has a fan but it is unclear whether the air it is pumping in is from outside or from the corridor or from elsewhere.

Liked: The location of our room was better than our stay a few weeks prior. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are large.
Disliked: Bathrooms could use updating. Actually the entire hotel could be updated. The rooms are too dark for me.

Liked: This hotel is located close to our daughter's home. The location of the hotel allows us to see her frequently. This is close to Trader Joes, Dunkin' Donuts and more!
Disliked: The rooms are dark. I donʻt care for the continental breakfast. the entire hotel could use a makeover.
