The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.
Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Good value, location and overall...
Liked: The location with tram/metro station right in front of hotel was fantastic. The hotel was super clean and we felt really save.
Disliked: We got the room without window, so it was not really comfortable. Big minus were the breakfast, basically only sweet pastry full of suger, nothing like eggs, hams, vegetables… it was dissapointing.

Absolutely awful stay - never...
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything about the stay at this hotel was awful. Arrived after a flight and there was no hot water (ice cold) and receptionist desk was rude about it - had to contact them through an app which wasn’t quick. My water had not been fixed by the time I went to work the next day. Receptionists were so rude and unhelpful and very sneaky - after first refusing, they then said they would refund my final 2 nights in the hotel so I could book somewhere else but then when I checked out they said that wasn’t the case and there were no notes left by the receptionist that had told me about the refund that morning. Booking.com tried to contact them to see about a refund and they refused to talk. At one point I was on the phone to booking.com for nearly an hour while they were trying to get in contact with them.Most bedrooms with inside windows, very claustrophobic. I asked to upgrade or change rooms because of claustrophobia and they refused even though I saw empty rooms when walking to breakfast the next day.Breakfast was below average, hard croissants, cheap bread etc. I have never written a hotel review before but my stay was so stressful that I had to this time.
