Liked: Very clean accommodation; excellent breakfast buffet; very comfortable.

The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Liked: It was clean and the Service was nice. The Hotel has got a Special Design. It Looks Amazing and a Lot of Space!
Disliked: I miss (but nearly in all Hotels in the USA) a shower Head, you can hold in your hand. Also it is sad, that you have oneway dishes at the breakfast. For our Environment reuseable dishes, would be better! Also the quality of the breakfast could be better. You are getting Full, but that‘s it.
