Very clean; the room was huge! I like that checkout was at noon. Great location for the hotel - it was close to restaurants and the BJCC!

Called to see if I could check in before official check in time and LaQuentin at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Staff was friendly and room was nice and, by all appearances, very clean. One ottoman looked like it needed to be replaced, but other than that, no complaints at all. Full breakfast in the morning was tasty and hot. Coffee was strong and steamy. Couldn't ask for better than that. Will stay here again, if I find myself back in Birmingham!

Liked: Excellent staff; accommodations very nice.

Disliked: I was overcharged for my stay and have not been able to get a hold of the general manager to fix this problem. I have called multiple times and been sent to his voicemail. I have also left messages, but he has not returned my phone call. I will not be staying with Springhill Suites in the future, and will not recommend anyone to do so.

Front desk attendants were very nice. Hotel lobby was clean. Room seemed clean and was spacious.

Disliked: Hair left in the shower drain.

Liked: The employees were so friendly and the room was very neat and clean!

Came to town for a daycation and to see the Pixies at Iron City. I could not be more pleased with the hotel room, the staff, the shuttle driver - good job!
