Booked double bed, only gave one bed; parking was bad; building charged 50 dollar holding fee, never got any of it back; the shower would turn on and off throughout the night; neighbors screaming at each other and kids crying all night long; nothing plus about it; no breakfast; no cleaning service; flies - the amount of flies and gnats in this place was insane; the worst hotel I’ve ever been to; first and last time staying in a Red Roof Hotel.

Disliked: Flies / loud neighbors fighting; shower turning off and on throughout the night; no clean service; booked double bed, only got single; charged 50 dollar holding fee, never got it back; the worse hotel I’ve ever been to.

It was a good experience except for the terrible continental breakfast. I spoke to a woman staying there and she also said that the breakfast sucked!

Liked: The convenient location to Express Live!
Disliked: The Continental breakfast sucked! There wasn't any meat/sausage, biscuits, waffles or pancakes!

Stayed here for a concert. Staff is amazingly friendly and they even had directions to places on little cards at the front desk which I have never seen a hotel do; only issues were the room not being made up and items left behind from previous guests were hanging out of a drawer.

Liked: Location and super friendly staff.
Disliked: Room not cleaned; items left behind from previous guest.

Liked: Very clean room. Nicely decorated.
Disliked: Took over half an hour to check in including time standing in line. Several employees just mulling around. Over complicated check in process.

Liked: The people who checked us in were very nice.
Disliked: I was told that parking was "on site". It was not. It was across a very busy street. We had to pay $10 to park at the designated "Red Roof Plus Parking Only" - totally ridiculous.

The hotel was an excellent place to stay in Columbus. The staff were friendly. The room, well provided for. Would I stay there again? Yes, great value for money, and well situated.

Overall, everything was very good, except the breakfast. It was not worthy to be called a continental breakfast. I went away hungry and had to stop to eat somewhere!

Liked: Room was very clean and up to date stylish!
Disliked: The breakfast was a joke! Toaster was broken, coffee was out, hardly anything to choose from. This is defintely not like other hotel continental breakfasts!

I will never stay there again, it's not worth the money.

Liked: The front desk people were friendly.
Disliked: Parking and gym are both off site; breakfast was very limited; dirty sock under bed from previous person; bathroom was dirty; power went out for 4 hours one night and was the only building in the area without power - the power being out made it VERY uncomfortable in the room because the windows don't open; the TV had no channel guide; the coffee pot didn't allow for someone to use their own coffee.

I stayed here in order to go to a concert at the LC Pavilion. It was great! Very doable walking distance from the venue, felt like a safe area, very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Like I said above, the staff handled the confusion about my reservation straight away, and then they didn't charge me for the parking to make up for the temporary confusion. Very friendly.
Disliked: There was a bit of a mixup with my reservation at first - somehow my name had gotten a typo in it, but the staff were quick to take care of it and were very reassuring.
