People were crowded in too tightly, making it very miserable.
Disliked: Way overcrowded; drunk guy started trouble 2 times before he got kicked out; did not have fans blowing on the crowd.

We came to Columbus from Cincinnati where we are used to going to concerts at Riverbend Music Center, which we love. But Kemba Live, being a smaller outdoor venue, provided a much more intimate experience which we all really enjoyed. We will definitely be back!
Liked: Intimate setting; all good seats!
Disliked: Nothing at all!

I would definitely attend another concert at this location. We had meet and greet tickets that we were to pick up at the box office to obtain information about the time of the meet and greet. We started calling the box office at noon to ask for information/availability of our meet and greet packages. The woman answering the phone did not have that information and told us to call back. We called back at 2 and still no information. We stopped by the box office at 3 and still nothing. We tried to call from 4-5:30 and kept getting voicemail. Finally at 5:30 the woman answered the phone and told us our package was there and the meet and greet would be at 6:45 at the merch table. She did not tell us that there is a separate door for meet and greet so we thought we were going to have to stand in line with the general public. Luckily we found someone who told us there is a separate door and we found a bar right next door to grab a drink while we waited for doors to open at 6:30. Once inside the venue we didn't have any problems. The venue was crowded but the beer lines and restroom lines were manageable.
Liked: Beer prices were more reasonable than other venues.
Disliked: The Will Call Office staff was neither friendly nor helpful.

I have been here for summer shows when it was called LC Pavilion. I don't know if there was a change in management, but this was the first time I had a problem. The staff needs to be retrained!
Liked: I love the city of Columbus and I love the band (OAR) that I drove there to see.
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed with how the staff handled the way everyone was admitted to the venue. Basically, my friends and I were the first ones to arrive, but it didn't matter to the staff. They allowed everyone who had alcohol to form a new waiting area, at which they were also smoking. By the time doors were about to open, most of that crowd was drunk, loud, and pushing their way to the front. The staff did nothing. One girl actually said that our nice, civil line didn't matter because all the doors would open at once.

Liked: Lighting.
Disliked: Horrible to maneuver through. Zero visibility from most of the venue. Get there early or don't bother.

Not too big, not too small. Literally perfect.
Liked: The best venue I have ever been to. Couldn't have hand picked a better one.
Disliked: Nothing negative about it.

Liked: Not a bad place to view concert. Small and intimate feel.
Disliked: None.
