Charlotte, Gillingham, visiting Reading Festival Mon, 28 August 2023

We were greeted by a nice receptionist; checked in quickly and accessed our room easily. Room was fine - clean with shower over the bath and tea and coffee making facilities. The TV had plenty of channels and worked well. The room cost £220.00 and this reflects the season and the Reading festival being on. Overall it was an average room and served the purpose of a convenient location to walk to the Reading Festival.

Liked: Good location for Reading Festival.
Disliked: Overpriced for the room but to be expected as it was during the Reading Festival.

Won`t stay there again, building...

Liked: Clean sheets, thick and clean towels and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Restaurant closed, no automatic door for a disabled person, at least there is a ramp.
