We were greeted by a nice receptionist; checked in quickly and accessed our room easily. Room was fine - clean with shower over the bath and tea and coffee making facilities. The TV had plenty of channels and worked well. The room cost £220.00 and this reflects the season and the Reading festival being on. Overall it was an average room and served the purpose of a convenient location to walk to the Reading Festival.

Liked: Good location for Reading Festival.
Disliked: Overpriced for the room but to be expected as it was during the Reading Festival.

Disliked: I stayed in a room without a window, which was a bad mistake. the room was stuffy, noisey and the bed very uncomfortable. If booking here make sure you don't go for the cheapest option, get a room with a window!

Liked: The member of staff greeted us with a huge smile on arrival at reception.Our room was very spacious and very clean. The kingsize bed was really comfertable, pillows were fab too! Had a great sleep!
Disliked: Woken up at 6:30am from room above. Male person slaming the doors, and comunicating loudly on his mobile. Also disturbed by his very loud tv.

Liked: Good location for us because of M4 j12 roadworks.Easy access to our destination
Disliked: Very poor quality bathrooms. Mattress on two rooms were worn out and so uncomfortable to try and sleep on.Had booked for 5 days but had to leave after the second day because of the problems.Tried to get a refund.
