Park Inn By Radisson Cardiff City Centre, Cardiff

Reception excellent, good polite service. Nice clean areas and comfortable bedroom. The hotel is situated near all shopping areas and the Motorpoint Arena. This was our first visit to the hotel which was recommended by family and friends. An excellent breakfast made our stay a memorable one. Hopefully we shall return again.

We booked this hotel as it was opposite the Motorpoint Arena, which we were going to. The mattress had seen better days and was very lumpy; room needed a make over. We were on the 5th floor but it was very noisy all night due to the area being serviced and cleaned up. Not the best Park Inn by Radisson we have stayed in.

Liked: Food good; staff nice.
Disliked: Room very hot; cupboard broken; door hanging off; bed lumpy.

Disliked: Car parking - it wasnt clear from the booking that parking was separate charge. Onthe building as you approach the hoetl it clearly states Hotel Car park but the reception staff said the car park is private and nothing to do with them. The "% for overnight car parking on top of the accomodation cost was excessive and took me over my budget. Had I know before booking then I wouldnt have booked this place.I wont be staing here again.

Great location and breakfast but...

Liked: Great location and parking underneath hotel which was conveinent. £25 for 24hours was a bit expensive but your paying for conveinence.
Disliked: Our room was really shabby on floor 5. Carpet stains, light not working in bathroom. Literally a bed and tv in a big room. Disappointing as previous stays we’ve always had nice rooms with a table/chair or chaise lounge.
