Reception excellent, good polite service. Nice clean areas and comfortable bedroom. The hotel is situated near all shopping areas and the Motorpoint Arena. This was our first visit to the hotel which was recommended by family and friends. An excellent breakfast made our stay a memorable one. Hopefully we shall return again.

We booked this hotel as it was opposite the Motorpoint Arena, which we were going to. The mattress had seen better days and was very lumpy; room needed a make over. We were on the 5th floor but it was very noisy all night due to the area being serviced and cleaned up. Not the best Park Inn by Radisson we have stayed in.

Liked: Food good; staff nice.
Disliked: Room very hot; cupboard broken; door hanging off; bed lumpy.

Liked: Hotel lovely location very good.staff very nice. Breakfast was good. Not a problem for me but ì could order poached or fried eggs 1st of 2 days but not the 2nd or wasn't offered the option. Scrambled no problem.
Disliked: 45pounds for 2days parking seems expensive.

Liked: Nice hotel with very good location, flexible check in (we arrived a bit earlier hoping to simply get the keys in advance, but were allowed access to the room immediately), very clean, everything needed available in the room
Disliked: We didn't manage to tune the air ventilation. The windows couldn't be opened, the air conditioner didn't have any quiet setting - it would either be too loud, or even if not loud it would blow cold air right onto the beds (you can actually feel the air flow), that makes the risk of catching cold very high.

Average. Would stay again for...
