Efficient staff allowing quick-ish entry. Cloak room situated on 2nd floor which took some time to get to and find. Good set up allowing decent view of stage from most areas in the arena, and good lighting / pyros / sound / lasers etc. throughout the show. Night was marred slightly by beered up idiots waving nearly full 2 pint plastic glasses around not far from my head, and the same drunken idiots trying to force their way through a tightly packed crowd to get a better view - same as most venues, I guess. Mad alcohol prices - 2 x 2 pint glasses of San Miguel for £31!

Liked: Good atmosphere. Relatively close to the stage wherever you are. Good pyros / lighting / lasers etc.
Disliked: Beered up idiots swinging full pints around right next to me, and barging through a tightly packed crowd to get a better view. Very expensive drinks - 2 x 2 pints of San Miguel beer for £31!

Strangest venue I have ever been in. If you are upstairs you go down a long hallway to different doors to get to your seats. Not bad, just weird. Seems like it could use some updating.

Liked: Sound was great. Good view from the balcony.
Disliked: The crowd in the balcony sat the whole show! Come on - DANCE!

One of Wales' best entertainment areas. Famous for all types of entertainment and easily situated for fans travelling from various countries by coach or rail. A great addition to Cardiff our capital of Wales.

Easy to find; good parking nearby that didn't cost the earth. Staff helpful and polite. Would return to the arena again, especially if they secure Alfie Boe to return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening seeing Miranda Hart. The venue was warm, seating comfortable, view of the stage fine. There were plenty of places to get a drink and snack, and prices were reasonable. The venue staff were excellent; very helpful and friendly. There are several other venues that could learn a lot from their attitude - well done Motorpoint.
