Would recommend this hotel for all matters Sheffield: FlyDSA Arena, Meadowhall, Football etc.

Liked: Had everything we needed. Good advice from staff. Excellent location for the things that we planned to do.
Disliked: Nothing too much for the staff to help.

Staff all very friendly and helpful; room very clean and comfortable; very good breakfast; would stay again!

Liked: Complimentary drink in the bar while we waited.
Disliked: Room not ready on arrival, although it was only a 15 minute wait.

Liked: Staff were helpful and waiter was very aware of my needs with a Gluten free diet. Receptionist was helpful and very pleasant.
Disliked: My dinner food was inedible but waiting staff put it right which I appreciated.

Liked: Clean room friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Bed moved around the room quite a distance and the two sections didn’t lock together or to the headboard, not ideal for any activity that may or may not have taken place
