We went to the darts - was a brilliant night; you couldn’t beat the atmosphere; the price of drinks was reasonable; the staff were great.
Liked: The atmosphere; the price of drinks; the view from our seats.
Disliked: Nothing.

After the concert, we visited the Peak District. Marvelous! Will recommend to my friends in UK and elsewhere too!

Disliked: Not really.

Disliked: Nothing. Really impressed by the whole experience.

The organised taxi did not arrive at all, so missed the first 35minutes of the show; do not use city taxis - we booked and had left enough time, but they kept telling us, it will be there in a few minutes.
Liked: Absolutely everything; fantastic gig.
Disliked: Yes, but purley independent.
Cherril S, Leeds

Disliked: Highly priced food and drink.
Jacky S, Hartlepool

Disliked: Expensive beverages and snacks.

Liked: Very well organised. I do not like crowds but this experience did not feel like it was crowded as there are lots of exits and enough loos.
Tracy, Middlesbrough
Liked: Very well organised and staffed.
Disliked: Prices of food and drink seemed particularly high!

This was my first visit to the Sheffield Arena, as I usually go to Birmingham or Cardiff for events, and I was disappointed by the organisation - or lack of it! We arrived at the venue in plenty of time and were instructed by the security staff to enter by the nearest door rather than the one printed on our tickets. Once inside, it was really difficult to get around the outer concourse to the area of the arena where our seats were as so many people were coming the other way having also entered through the wrong entrance. The queue at the food and drink bar took 40 minutes to get to the front even though there were not that many people in front of us. The lady operating our counter kept disappearing and many people were returning soft drinks as they were not mixed correctly. The kitchen/cooking staff could not keep up with the demand for food so the sevice was very, very slow - we just wanted 2 bottles of water! Once we made our way into the arena, the leg room in the seated area was very tight. I am 5'10" and my knees were tight against the back of the seat in front of me and I had the hair of the lady in front of me on my lap! Once the concert started (and it was late starting!) we all stood up and the space was no longer an issue but it was uncomfortable while waiting. A disappointing first visit, although the concert was so good that in the end it didn't spoil my overall experience.
Liked: Good concert.
Disliked: Poor organisation at entrance and very poor service at the food and drink bar. Very little leg room when seated.

Went to see Meat Loaf on 19th April. Nice clean venue; not too big. Friendly, helpful staff.
