Would recommend this hotel for all matters Sheffield: FlyDSA Arena, Meadowhall, Football etc.

Liked: Had everything we needed. Good advice from staff. Excellent location for the things that we planned to do.
Disliked: Nothing too much for the staff to help.

Staff all very friendly and helpful; room very clean and comfortable; very good breakfast; would stay again!

Liked: Complimentary drink in the bar while we waited.
Disliked: Room not ready on arrival, although it was only a 15 minute wait.

Enjoyed stay at hotel; clean; friendly; very close to junction of M1.

Disliked: Further from Motopoint and Meadowhall than you realise.

Comfy but could be better

Liked: Facilities were nice in general, but a couple things did nit work in the room. Some of the lights weren’t working, the AC was not working, the shampoo and conditioner did not smell good. The iron almost ruined my clothes. The staff on the last day was rude when I checked out late, I happily agreed to pay late checkout but she was very rude one the phone and at reception. Aside from that the bed was comfy.

Pleasant

Liked: A good location for my business and felt safe.
Disliked: Receptionist put me into a disabled room , did not explain it was. The room was cold and smelt, not impressed especially when I pulled a cord out of the way when all of a sudden I had a loud knock on the door as be known to me I had pulled the emergency chord! I was told the hotel was full but when I checked out and complained about the room I was told there were rooms available.
