Professionalism of staff; wonderful room; ambiance of the hotel was lovely; highly recommend!

Perfect location for the Boston Opera House.

Liked: Good service; nice beds; good A/C; good bath products; excellent valet service; sharp lobby area.
Disliked: Noisy halls; I could hear people above me.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt and found it to be an exceptional value. The price was great and we walked one block to a fabulous restaurant and then another block to the Wilbur for a show. Room was clean and bed comfortable!!!

Liked: Great location
Disliked: 1) Staff were rude 2) called for an Iron three times over the course of an hour before it finally arrived 3)shower was broken to needed to call an engineer at 5am to fix it and once working it was not hot. Shower in itself is grim and in need of replacing, very old and rusty. Not what i would expect from the Haytt

Disappointing and not worth it

Liked: Great breakfast and location.
Disliked: The WiFi wasn’t working for two days which was very disappointing and frustrating because we traveled for work and were going to work from the hotel. Walls are extremely thin and we could hear people in the next rooms watching tv, talking over a phone or brushing teeth which was disturbing and didn’t allow us to sleep in piece.

Liked: Our room was great and the location is very practical for Boston.
Disliked: Three of the gym equipments that I was considering to use were not operational. And we were surprised to find a “hotel employee” in our room coming back from a sortie with no lights on using a cell phone light to look around. Not something I expected.
