Professionalism of staff; wonderful room; ambiance of the hotel was lovely; highly recommend!

Perfect location for the Boston Opera House.

Liked: Good service; nice beds; good A/C; good bath products; excellent valet service; sharp lobby area.
Disliked: Noisy halls; I could hear people above me.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt and found it to be an exceptional value. The price was great and we walked one block to a fabulous restaurant and then another block to the Wilbur for a show. Room was clean and bed comfortable!!!

Disliked: Our room would NOT cool down. We had to sleep with the window open and used 2 fans from the front desk. Mechanically couldn’t get the room to budge 1° cooler.

Disliked: They gave us credit but when we checked out we found out there were stipulations that were not told to us so we didn’t get the full credit for what we spent $ at the hotel bar and restaurant! Very disappointed!

Worth a visit

Liked: Hotel is located near downtown boston, and it is a great place to explore the city. Public transport is close to the hotel and is overall in a great location to explore. The staff at the reception were very helpful and informative about places to visit.
Disliked: With a family of 4 using the bathroom, we ran out of hot water, which in the middle of winter in Boston is not ideal. However, this was the only a minor negative I experienced
