Perfect location for the Boston Opera House.

Liked: Good service; nice beds; good A/C; good bath products; excellent valet service; sharp lobby area.
Disliked: Noisy halls; I could hear people above me.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt and found it to be an exceptional value. The price was great and we walked one block to a fabulous restaurant and then another block to the Wilbur for a show. Room was clean and bed comfortable!!!

Disliked: There was a constant problem with the drain in the shower for room 735 were 2 people couldn’t have a shower 1 after the other. We contacted the hotel receptionist twice and it was still the same
