Liked: Acoustics.
Disliked: Crowded seating.

I realize the need to fit as many people as possible into a venue, however it was ridiculous. Many people had their back to the stage. We were crammed in so tightly that you couldn't move. If someone needed to get up you couldn't help but knock over tables and fall onto people. The tables didn't fit 4 drinks which was the number of seats crammed around it.
Liked: Jim Jeffries!
Disliked: The seating was terrible.
Sheila, Dennisport
Love the Wilbur! No "bad" seats that I could tell. Seats a little close but not uncomfortable. Nice people working there. Get the big cocktail if you're going to imbibe to save repeat trips to bar. Sound was great. Joe Jackson was truly great!
Liked: No bad view that I could tell. Acoustics very good!
Disliked: Nothing, but the bathrooms are a hike away from seats.
Catherine, Smiths Station
Enjoyed 2 concerts during our stay. Great venue, good sound quality. Helpful staff.
Liked: Good sound quality; beautiful venue.
Claire, Newburyport
Disliked: The steep upper balcony can be a challenge for those with height issues. But what really disappointed me was the sound. The balance at the beginning of the concert was awful. It got better but was never great. The vocals were overpowered and had a tinny sound. I love Tower of Power but didn't feel like I got to really hear them as they should sound.

No coffee? Really?
Liked: We like the small theater experience as this gets you closer to the entertainer.
Disliked: I think they try to cram in way too many chairs (very small chairs) into a small area. This was very uncomfortable.
Matthew, Hinesburg
Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Takes too long to get drinks at your table. It felt like you're sitting right on the person next to you.
Jeremy, Portland
The venue was very close to the hotel (Bulfinch Hotel) - 5 minute cab ride and $7, so very nice. The venue and the show (Marc Maron) were excellent. The beers were incredibly pricey - $30 for 2 and that was really the only downside.
Liked: The show and the venue.
Disliked: Price of beers.
Bill & Faith, Dover
The staff was very pleasant and the drinks we ordered from our seats came quickly.
Liked: Good acting and clean; saw Spanks and my wife could not stop laughing.
Disliked: Seating was that of a sardine can. Packed!
Caroline, Portland
Liked: Kathleen Madigan was hilarious.
Disliked: There is very little leg room in the seats. The lighting on the comedian was poor. It was difficult to see her.
