The associate that greeted me when checking in was very helpful in arranging my room change. Offered me my 100 pts and found me restaurants close by, and directions to the Sands for my performance for that night.

Liked: Room clean and comfortable, bed comfortable, great TV, easy to use and there was a card with the channel listings, which made it very easy.
Disliked: While breakfast was nice, with a lot of choices, the coffee at breakfast was not good, both caffeinated and decaffeinated.

Liked: I got into a small fight with my fiancé. I had left turned in my keys. I was told because it wasn’t midnight I couldn’t check out. I returned and was told that the manager, who wasn’t there, now refused to let us back to the room. This was around 10pm. No cops were called. No alcohol was involved. No other guests saw or were disturbed. They wouldn’t refund me. For a person who wasn’t there to make that decision, that affected two customers who stay quite frequently, was a slap in the face.
Disliked: Management making decisions while not on property. Life happens, people argue but no one was disrespected.
