The associate that greeted me when checking in was very helpful in arranging my room change. Offered me my 100 pts and found me restaurants close by, and directions to the Sands for my performance for that night.

Liked: Check in staffer was super pleasant for being very busy at that time of night.
Disliked: Walls were paper thin. Could hear everything from neighboring rooms/above rooms. Not the hotel's fault but kids/other families were very loud late into the night. Breakfast was poor.

Disliked: The shower barely flows out, and it is freezing cold. The sink is in the room instead of the bathroom.

Liked: helpful front desk staff who got us access to a nearby room to use a toilet because ours was broken. The hotel was pretty good overall, except we had no working toilet in the room.
Disliked: The toilet did not work at all. There was a piece that was broken in the toilet tank. By the time we realized it, my daughter was asleep so it was too late to move rooms. We had arrived late at night. I was down at the desk after 1:30am trying to figure out how we could access a toilet. Bathroom door squeaked loudly.
