The associate that greeted me when checking in was very helpful in arranging my room change. Offered me my 100 pts and found me restaurants close by, and directions to the Sands for my performance for that night.

Liked: the location is next to the shipping centre and restaurants. very convenient to go around. The front desk is very nice, people are friendly.

It was a good stay...

Liked: I liked how clean the hotel was, the pool and tub were nice as well it was great to wind down and swim in there.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they didn’t provide us with any body wash or soap at all.

Liked: Physical aspects of the room were fine: heat, space, bathroom etc. The room and bathroom were attractive.
Disliked: Bathroom floor was somewhat grimy, wall paper was peeling off in the hallwayroad noise. desk manager placed us on busy street side of building where trucks are breaking as they get off the highway.Loud guests talking in the hallway at 3am for 30 minutes until I asked them to be quiet. They started again at 4am.Powdered scrambled eggs were not good, coffee was mediocre, bread and bagels very plain.
