Great venue; staff were on top of things; liquor was a tad pricey but to be expected.

The venue/concert was great; really good acoustics and sound system; friendly staff and security.

The venue was really nice, although the line getting in was a very long and slow process and once you are already in, getting in and out for the restroom was confusing. The sound during the show was excellent, as well as the seating. My only real complaint is how rude the security became after the show. The one guy (I can't use gentleman) kept yelling nastily "you ain't going this way!". People, myself included, were made to walk around outside around the hotel in 20 degree (no exaggeration) to go to the restroom! People were just blown away by this. Surely there is a better way and a nicer way to treat your guests after they spent the kind of money I know was spent on the show.

Liked: Nice seating.
Disliked: The security was so unbelievably rude, especially after the show. Would not allow people to go to the restroom without walking completely around the hotel in 20 degree weather.

Directions for self parking was very accessible. Getting into the casino and following the signs to the event center were clearly marked. The process to get into the center moved quickly and our seats were excellent as well as the performance.

Liked: Was a nice venue - we saw Rob Zombie and Korn. It was a great concert - we were able to get up close to the stage, maybe 2 ft away. They did a meet and greet there; the room was nice and people were friendly.

The concert was great, the people there at the Sands were great, and the food was bar none. I am planning another trip in the near future - I will be flying out of Lehigh Valley International Airport on my way to Las Vegas and I thought of just staying at the hotel a couple of nights before my flight. Or, maybe I will attempt to stay at the Sands Hotel and Casino.

Liked: Great, excellent, what more can I possibly say!
