Booked blind for somewhere near Brudenell Social Club, and not knowing area. Really impressed; warm welcome; friendly staff; grounds of hotel very impressive. Very good value and have already recommended to friends.

Liked: Friendly welcome; clean, comfortable rooms; excellent breakfast; set in lovely grounds.

Basic good quality accommodation, but...

Liked: Quiet room in a Catholic conference centre. Excellent buffet breakfast. Tea/coffee etc available 24hrs.Good parking.
Disliked: Lacked atmosphere.Winter duvet very warm. No bedside table or bedside lamp.

Liked: Comfortable place to stay in walking distance of Headingly Cricket Stadium
Disliked: A little surprised to find out it was a catholic pastoral centre, not an issue but this was not included in the description.

Excellent place to stay

Liked: Excellent hotel. Old quaint beautiful bulding set back from the main road so extremely quiet with simple access to the main road down the long drive. Wonderful place to stay. Booked for next year already.
