Booked blind for somewhere near Brudenell Social Club, and not knowing area. Really impressed; warm welcome; friendly staff; grounds of hotel very impressive. Very good value and have already recommended to friends.

Highly recommend for a budget...

Liked: Highly recommend for a budget stay which gives you everything you need! Really good value for money. Very happy to pay less and have a clean, well run and basic accommodation and the bill be lower than anywhere else in the area. Excellently located for James Baillie student accommodation where my child is living. Great breakfast, especially enjoyed the kippers, lots of choice and fresh and well cooked.

Disliked: Very basic faculties. Worn carpets, rooms a little hostel like.

Liked: it's a central location with free parking and WiFi. the room was very clean. the staff are very helpful
Disliked: the walls are thin and we could hear other guests talking and moving about

Comfortable but could use updating

Liked: Location excellent. Free parking and close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: The room was very outdated. Even though the bedding, towels and bathroom on appearance seemed clean, the remote control was 'crusty' so I put it into a zip lock bag as I felt I wouldn't be able to clean it well enough for peace of mind.Considering that hygiene scales post COVID should be spot on, this was a bit disappointing.
