The hotel itself was nice, but their employees need to learn how to speak to the guests, especially when you're paying almost $300 for one night to lay your head!

Liked: Clean rooms and very close to Rupp Arena for concerts.
Disliked: The guy at the counter that checked us in told us that if we were too loud, we would be "Bounced Out" of the hotel!

Liked: Breakfast was average.
Disliked: Avocado toast was not fresh sliced avocado but more of a guacamole, the toast was not toasted well so bread was soggy. The buffet needed more selections like a cheese plate or smoked salmon.

Liked: The convenience of the location and the staff were great. However, the room temperature was very warm no matter the thermostat setting. There were also very few parking spots in the parking garage which made it difficult. Also, the value of the room versus what you get is not great. You pay the money for the room based on the location only.

Disliked: The elevators leaving Sunday was very ridiculous only had two out four working with all the people trying to check out why I have no clue. Waited over 45 minutes for one. Still didn’t get one. Had to pack 5 bags of luggage down 12 flights of stairs
