The hotel itself was nice, but their employees need to learn how to speak to the guests, especially when you're paying almost $300 for one night to lay your head!

Liked: Clean rooms and very close to Rupp Arena for concerts.
Disliked: The guy at the counter that checked us in told us that if we were too loud, we would be "Bounced Out" of the hotel!

Disliked: The elevators leaving Sunday was very ridiculous only had two out four working with all the people trying to check out why I have no clue. Waited over 45 minutes for one. Still didn’t get one. Had to pack 5 bags of luggage down 12 flights of stairs

Convenient but the cost shouldn’t...

Liked: How close we were to great food locations and to Rupp for the Lexington Comic Con. The lobby was beautiful and the staff that I interacted with was amazing.
Disliked: Our room didn’t have ventilation for the bathroom. It was always hot and muggy in the room. When we came back to the room on Saturday, the room was at 80° and felt like it does right before it’s about to rain in KY in the summer (humid!). I also wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet at the attached restaurant, there are much better local spots around (if you’re willing to walk or drive a little). $20 per person for lukewarm eggy French toast or overly sweet biscuits and gravy just wasn’t ideal. Had it two mornings in a row to make sure it wasn’t just an off day, they’re consistent. If you do eat there, fruit was amazing and the yogurt was chilled will.

Disliked: Vending snack machine we saw the drink machine but was needing something chocolate to got stomach to take medication. Also good idea for diabetics.
