The hotel itself was nice, but their employees need to learn how to speak to the guests, especially when you're paying almost $300 for one night to lay your head!

Liked: Clean rooms and very close to Rupp Arena for concerts.
Disliked: The guy at the counter that checked us in told us that if we were too loud, we would be "Bounced Out" of the hotel!

Disliked: The pool was closed and has been for maintenance and repairs. I feel like this should be have been sent to all customers scene this is one of the main reasons we booked there for a kids to swim. Not to mention this was a huge cheerleading competition weekend at Rupp arena so there was 100s of kids at the hotel. I understand that things happen but an employee of the hotel told us it has been closed for a couple weeks. And they should have offered a discount to the people that had booked prior to the pool being closed.

Disliked: The daily parking fee kinda sucks since we already paid for a room, and the lady checking us in Luna was pretty rude and not very helpful.
