The hotel itself was nice, but their employees need to learn how to speak to the guests, especially when you're paying almost $300 for one night to lay your head!

Liked: Clean rooms and very close to Rupp Arena for concerts.
Disliked: The guy at the counter that checked us in told us that if we were too loud, we would be "Bounced Out" of the hotel!

Disliked: The air conditioning was not great. I woke up multiple times throughout the night due to being hot. When the air does come on it sounds like a semi truck.

Not impressed

Liked: Our room was freezing cold and I requested a blanket downstairs and was told someone could bring it to my room because they had non available. Also was told I could have a space heater. I don't expect either of those when I think of staying at the Hilton Will not ever stay there again
