A GREAT concert that was just fantastic. Security was very good, nice, and helpful. Staff was courteous. The arena was sold out but you never felt put upon.

Liked: Rupp Arena is an absolutely gorgeous arena.
Disliked: The sound for some of the Doobie Brothers was terrible. Mostly when MacDonald sang.

Very organized. Great workers taking tickets, answering questions, guiding us to our seats.

Liked: We saw Jim Gaffigan's comedy show. He's so talented and funny.
Disliked: The construction at Rupp Arena was inconvenient but that was understandable.

Everyone was courteous and the establishment was clean and stocked appropriately.

Liked: Positive.

Very impressed with the arena and the way they handled a large concert crowd.

Liked: Very clean. There were people in the womens' restroom cleaning up and restocking toilet paper between each part of the concert, so bathrooms were very well maintained for a large event.
Disliked: Really long lines to get beers. Not sure if they could have had a better system, but it sure took a long time to get drinks!
