When I booked the reservation the person who helped was great, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. A great price and staff, will definitely come visit again soon.

We stayed on 10/26/12 for a concert at the Wilbur. I was quite concerned after reading reviews that were either 1 star or 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars and wonder what the 1 star reviewers experienced. We had a deluxe room which, for the $20 more per night, was absolutely worth it. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, the elevators ran perfectly, and the experience was excellent. If one is trying to skimp on everything, one should not be surprised if things aren't perfect. Spend the extra money. We'll stay there again.

Liked: Great place it’s a old building but it has a modern look throughout the hotel. It’s a big plus that it has a in house restaurant and bar. Not to mention the great downtown Boston location.
