When I booked the reservation the person who helped was great, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. A great price and staff, will definitely come visit again soon.

We stayed on 10/26/12 for a concert at the Wilbur. I was quite concerned after reading reviews that were either 1 star or 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars and wonder what the 1 star reviewers experienced. We had a deluxe room which, for the $20 more per night, was absolutely worth it. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, the elevators ran perfectly, and the experience was excellent. If one is trying to skimp on everything, one should not be surprised if things aren't perfect. Spend the extra money. We'll stay there again.

Liked: The gentlemen at the front desk upgraded us to a very large room so I would have more room with my young son. I also needed to print tickets for an event and the business center was very convenient.

Disliked: The rooms are outdated, there is a lot of space available to modernize but the furnishings in the room were outdated. The bathroom is ok but the bath itself was rough to the feel and requires attention.
