This hotel was one of the best ones I have ever stayed at. It was extremely clean, and the color choice was gorgeous. The pool and jacuzzi were a delight and the staff went over and above. The room was perfect with a nice sitting area prior to the bedroom, a bar area, refrigerator and coffee machine. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a hotel in the Hershey area.

Clean and comfy. Staff was kind and informative. The breakfast buffet was good and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location for Hershey attractions, especially Giant Center which is why we were in town.

Overall my stay was great....

Liked: Property was nice. Enjoyed the little store they have at the front desk. Pool area was clean. Room was a bit too narrow but cute. Barn doors were a cute addition.
Disliked: Barn doors broken when arrived. Room was clean but some things missed. Hallway from main area to bedroom too narrow. Wish there was just a little more diversity in breakfast buffet but do love they have it!

Amazing staff, okay room

Liked: The Staff was amazing. We booked a king bed room to only be told they were over booked and that we would have a double queen. That was fine but in the room, the heater was broken so it blew hot air. We got moved to a suite but the point of this is the staff ( the one lady there at 3pm 10.28.24) was amazing and gave great customer service.
Disliked: When booking a room, it’s disheartening to hear that it’s overbooked and we’re no longer able to get that room once we arrive. (King bed room) it’s almost like why book it in advance then if it’s not saved for you. To only get to a room where the heater was on full blast and broken, to then get upgrade upgraded to a suite with amazing customer service from the staff member there.

Disliked: Was not told housekeeping was every other day. 1 chair to sit in not adequate. Mattress was hard. For almost $500 a night - an inadequate quantity of room features for that price.
