This hotel was one of the best ones I have ever stayed at. It was extremely clean, and the color choice was gorgeous. The pool and jacuzzi were a delight and the staff went over and above. The room was perfect with a nice sitting area prior to the bedroom, a bar area, refrigerator and coffee machine. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a hotel in the Hershey area.

Disliked: Nothing.

Clean and comfy. Staff was kind and informative. The breakfast buffet was good and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location for Hershey attractions, especially Giant Center which is why we were in town.

Liked: Price, staff, location of hotel to attractions and included breakfast are great! Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and nice. Bed was comfortable and overall pleasant time there, we would use them again if needed.
Disliked: Bathroom was a little dated and noise in hallway seemed a little louder than normal. For example, the doors didn’t have quiet closing or needed better adjustment because they would slam shut so the sound would echo down the hallway, we tried to remember but early in the morning or later at night felt bad hearing it slam shut or would wake us when others door did the same. Only other thing so use to ice machines these days being in a separate room or behind a door to help with the noise they make and we were near it so anytime anyone got ice no matter the time we were privileged to hear it each time until they were done, not sure how far the sound went on the floor.

Liked: The room and place was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: I requested an extra blanket upon booking - was very sick. Keaton told me use the extra for the sofa which wasn't soft. Went down to car at 11. It took them almost an hour to get me back into the room. Had to go down three times before staff would come try door. Something was wrong w lock. Sick and coughing I sat in hallway almost an hour until head mgr had time to come up. Was not happy Keaton refused $50 cash instead of card for incidentals. No offers to apologize for my door nightmare. Staff has zero concept of guest services, being so ill made it esoecially bad to endure.
