Giant Center was nice but the organization of the venue was terrible. There was no communication about line formation of the merchandise and it took an hour to move 50ft and many people very upset.
Liked: The concert.
Disliked: Trying to buy merchandise. Nothing was organized as far as being in line - it was total chaos and waited an hour to move 50 feet.

The concession stand people are NOT customer friendly. I was volunteering there and the concession stand had their staff cooking and most of them just standing around doing nothing. It was 4 minutes to 5pm (when the main doors opened) and all I wanted was a drink (the water fountain was on the other side). The staff members very rudely told me I'd have to wait. The clock in their own stand showed 1 MINUTE until 5pm and when I asked in a joking manner if that mattered, he said yes. I was appalled. The staff members there are horrible. I was asked by 4 elderly people to find seats and they weren't even invited by the GIANT staff to use the elevator (which was by the ENTRANCE, I was halfway down the other side). I asked THREE staff members to escort them; instead, two of the staff members remained seated and just gave directions to where the elevator was. I escorted two elderly couples to the elevator and when I explained the situation, another staff member REFUSED to let me use the elevator to just check to see if there were seats on the main floor. I was a volunteer so during a certain time, I had to be in my seat and I had certain job duties to perform. I had to run 32 steps to get to the main floor, find the couple seats, run back up 32 stairs and then they let me use the elevator to escort them downstairs to find their seats. I was, luckily, able to return to my area to perform my duties. In another situation, volunteers were placed to help people find seats in sections. The staff members would tell people they could not sit in certain areas that were actually open. People were also told they couldn't bring food into the auditorium when that is untrue. I have never been more appalled at a convention center than I was at this one. The only redeeming quality was the security guards were very nice and friendly and the people at the parking gate were very informative and helpful. Unless you just cannot miss something at this center, I SINCERELY recommend passing visiting this place.
Liked: Clean; friendly security guards.
Disliked: Parking; concession stands; how to get out of there!

We had good seats; the crowd was great and prices we paid for our seats was worth it all. We enjoyed the show. This is a nice area to visit, we ate at Devon and Fenicci's restaurants, and the food was excellent.
Liked: The Kevin Hart concert was excellent.
Disliked: None.

We traveled from Pittsburgh to Hershey to see our favorite performers, Rascal Flatts, in concert. As always they were AMAZING!!! First time ever there and it will NOT be the last. The set up, event staff, parking and both entering & exiting the Giant Center was exceptional compared to how things are in our area. Would recommend to everyone that this is the place to go!!! Thank you and keep up the EXCELLENT work!!!!
Liked: Absolutely Perfect
