Couldn't have been happier and at a reasonable price; much better than other options in town; location was perfect - walked everywhere.
Liked: Friendly, helpful staff; spotless room; comfortable beds and pillows; quiet; great TV.
Disliked: None.

Comfortable room; excellent food and service in the Chop House. Loved the free bottled water and the Uber card! We enjoyed our brief stay and will be back.

Great location and price for downtown Asheville. Clean rooms and friendly staff. If you're catching a show at The Orange Peel this is the perfect place to stay.
Liked: Within walking distance of everything downtown.

My girlfriend and I had an awful experince recently at Four Points. Not only did I overpay for my room, but when we got there there were renovations being done in the whole place, which was never mentioned by them. To add on to that, one of the rooms near us had a loud yapping dog (dogs are allowed) that barked all morning long. But the front desk lady was content because "security knew about it". That's about all they did because the noise didn't stop. Plus, the maids were extremely loud cleaning the rooms around us - slamming the doors and so on. Will never come back again - it's not worth all the BS to be so close to the Orange Peel. There are plenty of other hotels around the area. So to the front desk worker, you should have at least tried to act like you cared!
Disliked: Yes.

I made a mistake in booking one day too early. It was expressed to me that I had lost my reservation and there were no refunds and no available rooms. The true insult came from the female at the desk. She was short with people on the phone and when she explained the situation to me. She recommended other hotels locally but insinuated that they were out of my budget. My brother and I were visiting Asheville and we were both taken aback by how she assumed I couldn't afford a luxurious hotel. I doubt I'll ever look in to this hotel again.
Disliked: Customer service.
