Very pleasant; amenities in room were great; walking to Moda Center - very convenient.

This is a small motel. Even though it has been "updated" you can still tell it's older. Hallways and entryways are narrow. The complimentary breakfast doesn't consist of much more than bagels, oatmeal, Danish and coffee. If all you need is a place to sleep it does the job. Perfect for anything at the Moda Center.

Liked: Close easy walk to the Moda Center. Very easy access to and from the Interstate.
Disliked: Very small bathroom.

I won't return. Room smelled - was supposed to be smoke free.

Liked: Front desk was friendly; good coffee in breakfast room.
Disliked: Bed was hard. Room very cramped. Smallest bathroom ever. Breakfast was very cheap - just a bagel and an orange.

Nastiness galore.

Liked: Nothing about this hotel was good. People rebuilding cars in the parking lot. Trash everywhere.
Disliked: Smell of the room was horrible, smelled like cat pee and cigarette smoke mixed. Cannot be considered sanitary. Fixtures in the room were falling apart. Bed had stains. Shower curtain was dingy and yellowing. Bed was horrible. We couldn't stay ended up having to leave. And find a different hotel.

Disliked: The place was terrible. There was stains all over the floor all over the mattresses then they make you sign some waiver saying 169 to our cleaning fee when it looks like it was never clean the last 20 years.

Liked: Convenient to get to Vancouver Wa. Where I needed to be next morning.
Disliked: There was a 7/11 store just outside rear door of motel, very dirty area, trash and clothing from homeless all over outside.A little scary.

It was cheap....but at what...

Liked: The staff that I interacted with were very kind and welcoming. They were very helpful and adaptable.
Disliked: The cleanliness of these rooms is concerning. There were stains on every lamp shade, visible wear and tear of the wooden furniture, the desk chair was broken and you were not able to sit properly. I also saw a roach in my room as well, which made my skin crawl. While the staff are nice, it does not make up for the fact that these rooms are not well kept.
