Decent enough hotel; pricey; surprised by parking fees.
Liked: Cleanliness and it was quiet.
Disliked: They charged $27.00 for overnight parking, which when added to the room cost made it a little pricey for a room that size.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel because of its proximity to the Moda Center. We were pleasantly surprised as to the cleanliness of the room, as well as the comfort of the bed and pillows. The blackout curtains were great, and the majority of the time we did not hear any neighbours at all. The restaurant was great; breakfast buffet was wonderful as was dinner. The staff are what makes this hotel wonderful though. They seemed to authentically care and go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality is probably what made our very quick trip from Canada to see the Blazers more tolerable.
Liked: I appreciated the staff the most. They were so kind, friendly, welcoming, and accomodating.
Disliked: The only thing I disliked were the complimentary Kuerig coffee pods and artificial whitener.

Next time I will demand a room further from the elevator - we were there December 23 and the place was quite empty, but they stuck us in a very noisy room with all the mechanical noise. Beautiful room, but I will be more careful if I stay there again.
Liked: The room was beautiful.
Disliked: The food in the hotel restaurant was awful.

Restaurant prices were comparable to most restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Liked: Close to Rose Garden event center; easy to find.
Disliked: Did not mention $15 per day parking fee; did not mention that my rate did not include the free breakfast.

We had 16 ladies who stayed two nights at this hotel and we were thoroughly spoiled with the wonderful facility. Quiet, clean, very accommodating and helpful and we will be back.
