If you book online be sure to ask upon arrival that you are not going to be electronically charged again for the same night.

Liked: Parking was close and convenient to room and Rupp Arena.
Disliked: Booked online and charged automatically. Charged again, and discovered the duplicate charge upon check out. Unfortunately the refund can not be issued for seven days. Not good business practice.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Great location; very clean and well kept rooms. Enjoyed the balcony on my room and the areas to sit outside and relax in the courtyard. It was beautiful.

Liked: I like how it’s a more secluded area. You can’t really hear the traffic on the highway or roads. I also LOVED that check it out time was towards the later hours. We checked out at 11 but check out time wasn’t until 12 so I didn’t feel rushed to check out as soon as we woke up.
