Great service; great location; beautiful decor; nice breakfast offering. I would stay here again; great proximity to theatres.

Hotel room was nice and comfortably slept four. The bathroom was not up to date and didn't have good water pressure. Although, overall it was a good stay.

Disliked: We were unable to reach the front desk at 3:15AM when our intoxicted neighbors were screaming at each other. At 5:15AM they started again and we did reach the front desk. Hotel personnel were sent up to speak with them. The arguing continued and I was called a "b*tch" through the walls. My chidren and I immediately checked out and complained to front desk staff. I was only offered a free beverage. Extra charges were put on my card the following day for purchases we did not make. Still trying to get those reimbursed.

We had a great experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything felt clean. The location across from the Wilbur was perfect and the valet parking was convenient and reasonable. Somehow we lucked out and had a spectacular room with a view.
Disliked: Sound of heating was mildly annoying.

Convenient to Wilbur Theatre.
Liked: Room small but clean and adequate. Large screen TV.
Disliked: Remodeling construction. Woken up by noisy truck (trash collection?) on Monday before 6AM.

Easy to find, good parking.
Liked: Loved having a king-sized bed, and a comfortable one at that! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was small - almost entirely taken up by the bed.

I chose the hotel for it's location to the theater district. Accommodations were excellent. All staff were courteous and helpful. Will definitely consider staying again on my next trip.

A reasonably priced room to stay after catching a show in town and hitting a few watering holes. There was a small cocktail lounge that didn't serve any food. Drinks were pricey for what they were. I would stay again for location, price, and cleanliness. Staff was helpful and friendly as well.
Liked: Small but clean rooms. Need hotel key to use elevators.
Disliked: Could not get any sandwiches at the bar.

This hotel was in a great location especially if seeing a show. Everything went smoothly except the heat did not turn on in our room - not so great for December! A very nice maintenance man came to our aid and quickly got the heat to come on, but then it would not shut off or turn down, so we had to call him back and he shut it off, and in the morning when we awoke it was chilly in our room again and the heat again would not turn on. Upon checkout and telling the person at the counter our problem nothing was offered for our inconvenience. :(
Liked: Location was great. Room/parking combo was great value. Go down the street for your breakfast.
Disliked: Heating in our room did not work correctly.
