The hotel is very nice, it’s well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and nice to work with. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if in the area.

Staff at desk were friendly and helpful. They gave me printed directions and a comb which I desperately needed. Room was very clean and pleasant.

Liked: It had 2 TV's - one in living area and one in bedroom. Lock on bedroom door was good. Parking was excellent.
Disliked: Didn't see anything bad.

Friendly staff. Good service at the continental breakfast. Clean, decent place to stay. Very convenient location for Cincy, Newport area.

Disliked: Not really a bad thing, but it's an older hotel that has been renovated. So it's a smaller room then anticipated, but it was clean and well maintained.

The country feel was welcoming. We liked the 'front porch' and the cookies. Proximity to Riverbend is great - we will stay again!
