Getting there and checking in at the VIP was easy and the staff was very pleasant to work with.

My sister and my niece surprised me with tickets to see Earth, Wind, and Fire at the PNC Pavilion. People were having fun, nobody being obnoxious, the weather was perfect, even when we all were leaving it was smooth sailing. Everyone was considerate of one another. At the concert, looking at the stage, we sat towards the left, about 5 rows up from the floor, it was perfect!
Liked: The PNC Pavilion is a perfect place for a concert! It's open air but yet shielded from the hot sun. Anywhere you sit you can see the stage. The staff was friendly and had fun too!
Disliked: Nothing disappointed me. However, I do have a concern. The gentleman sitting next to me was a larger man and we were seated kind of in the middle of a row. Sometimes I think it would be nice if larger people had an option with seating, like those who are handicapped and sit in the chairs on the floor level. It didn't bother me to sit next to him, he just looked uncomfortable.

Liked: My morning jacket.
Disliked: It was incredible.

First time show at PNC Pavilion. I liked the smaller amphitheater and would probably see another show there. It depends on the band - you come for the show, not the arena.
Liked: The smaller pavilion was a cozy atmosphere; acoustics were good; had a decent breeze.
Disliked: Parking was a little kind of a free-for-all, but we got out fairly quickly. Nice job by local law enforcement getting everyone directed out.

Not too big, not too small. We were in row G and it was perfect!
Liked: Great venue!
Disliked: Minimal hotels nearby.

My husband and I took our daughter to see the Panic at the Disco concert Tuesday Aug. 12, 2014. The tickets were very reasonably priced, our seats were excellent and the concert was absolutely amazing! It was a great experience for us all and we are already planning our next trip back!
Liked: Amazing concert; great price; awesome view no matter where you're seated!

We had VIP tickets. There were no signs telling where we were supposed to go, especially the entrance. It looked like we were going to Coney Island. The Pit seating are folding chairs so not very comfortable. Getting out after the concert was a nightmare! Someone should make a better plan for ushering out the cars, especially at the light - the light should be turned off and a policeman should be directing traffic.
Liked: Sorry I can't think of one.
Disliked: It was raining and we got wet.
Joseph, Social Circle
I was expecting a view of the river so a little disappointed, but the concert was great!
Liked: Very nice venue with friendly staff!
Deborah, Pawnee
They served hot dogs, brats, slaw mac salad, chips and pretzels - it just topped off a perfect day.
Liked: 75 degrees, outside, Moody Blues. Can't get any better than this.

First time there - a great place. Big ceiling fans to cool you; seating super nice; not a bad seat in the whole place. Drinks pretty high, but still a great experence!
Liked: Nice!
