A very nice place to stay with a great location.
Liked: Location from the Guthrie.
Disliked: Music in the lobby was on the loud side. Old ears don't handle that well.

Stayed here after attending a show at The Varsity Theater with my two 20-something daughters. We all loved the hotel. Modern, clean, comfortable. There was a negative review about having no tub - only a shower. Who takes a bath in a hotel anyway? I found it added more room to the bathroom. It was fine for what we needed. Another reviewer commented on no restaurants within walking distance. We saw many. In fact, we walked to dinner and it was fine (in winter). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Would stay again. Very nice location for overnight after attending the Guthrie. I could not get the advertised $99 rate and when I checked in the attendant told me they had these $99 rates for people staying over at the Guthrie if they checked in online, etc. So something in the system isn't working. Next time I will call.
Liked: Friendly staff; very clean; great location.
Disliked: Small rooms; no tub - only a shower.

I wish the amenities were...
Liked: The city view was great. The location was good.
Disliked: The front desk staff is less than professional. Upon check in, they gave no information on amenities, where to find things, how to get wifi, parking, where to take your dog out. I stay in hotels frequently and the lack of information upon check in was disappointing. I’ve stayed at less elegant hotels who give you more… I shouldn’t have to ask for everything and there should be a lowdown you give customers. There was one woman in particular I had an altercation with, as I expressed dissatisfaction in my stay the next morning (dirty rag in room, no ice machine I could find, pool closed, staff not friendly, no wifi information given), she raised her voice and spoke over me and basically told me she didn’t care. I was unable to even speak with her, and requested a different manager. The experience did not at all meet expectations from their website or social media - and it was something I wanted to discuss. The entire interaction left me feeling uneasy, nervous and deeply saddened about my stay. I have never experienced such poor hospitality at a hotel to begin with at check in - and then for it to escalate after I expressed disappointment is something I never expected to encounter with a professional at work. The other manager rectified the situation with being a calm, kind person, but I still could not believe what had happened.

Rude front desk, lots of...
Liked: Clean, comfy beds, nice outside area and bar.
Disliked: Check in clerk was rude and unhelpful. Lots of fees tacked on later, almost $100 extra dollars for early check in, parking, random nonsense fees on bill. Room itself is tough to be in with another person (lights all have to go on- hard for middle of the night bathroom trips, zero noise buffers from bathroom to rest of room). Had to prove with Booking app that we paid for breakfast (and don’t bother with that!)
