A very nice place to stay with a great location.

Liked: Location from the Guthrie.
Disliked: Music in the lobby was on the loud side. Old ears don't handle that well.

Liked: Convenient and friendly shuttle service. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillows.

Stayed here after attending a show at The Varsity Theater with my two 20-something daughters. We all loved the hotel. Modern, clean, comfortable. There was a negative review about having no tub - only a shower. Who takes a bath in a hotel anyway? I found it added more room to the bathroom. It was fine for what we needed. Another reviewer commented on no restaurants within walking distance. We saw many. In fact, we walked to dinner and it was fine (in winter). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Would stay again. Very nice location for overnight after attending the Guthrie. I could not get the advertised $99 rate and when I checked in the attendant told me they had these $99 rates for people staying over at the Guthrie if they checked in online, etc. So something in the system isn't working. Next time I will call.

Liked: The friendliest of the first person we spoke to Amber was phenomenal and she helped us make sure we had adjoining rooms to accommodate our group. The pool and hot tub were a hit for our group.
Disliked: No stairs to the first floor from the far end of the second level. Stairs only led to the outside. Also booked 2 rooms with breakfast included for each room and only received 1 breakfast voucher after we inquired about the breakfast “included” aspect. Very pricey for what we received.

Worth it for the convenience

Liked: The lobby had plenty of games to play with a large and inviting area to hang out. They had a large community paint by number, free to use pool table and coloring sheets. The bar was covered in lights and the Bartender was really the life of the room. Each drink was perfect. 7 minute walk to the US Bank Stadium.
Disliked: Only one employee was staffed at the desk during check in time with a large event so they were busy. The pool area was small. The hotel itself has only a handful of parking spots so on busy days expect to try and find parking on the road or pay $50 for the ramp next door.
