The reason for my visit to JAX was the show...and I was not disappointed! See you next year.

Liked: The management of the seating arrangements and the staff in general.
Disliked: The after show merchandise staff interaction.

First time at the venue and it had great security and the restrooms were kept clean.

Liked: Security did a great job of keeping the pit under control.

Overall great experience, my brother, sister and my niece came to the basketball games with me, and it was enjoyable.

Liked: Good place to visit!
Disliked: Area under construction; not knowing the area, at all, GPS in the car didn't pick up the detours. Feel as though the planning committee missed out on that one. Parking was 30 bucks, but was in a good location and town seemed nice.

Nice show; clean facility; a bit of a back up with the staff directing people to seats, but not really that bad. A good venue for concerts.

Liked: Small arena; good seats, even back in 107.
Disliked: Lines to get down the aisle.

Our second time there - we will go back again.

Liked: The manager on duty there worked to resolve our problems and we were both still able to see.
Disliked: There was some type of confusion with Ticketmaster.
