Everyone there were very helpful and polite. I have a disability and the staff was right there helping me up and down the stairs and through the crowd when the concert was over. I live in Missouri but will attend events at that venue again when my christian artists are performing. I will definitely recommend.

Great venue and staying at the casino was a plus. Clean, smoking and I won $6.00
Liked: Clean; ease of the restrooms; all seats had a view.
Disliked: As always seats too close together.

It was our first time to attend an event here and it was a great experience. The place added to the memorable and happy celebration of my grandson's Graduation.
Liked: Very spacious to accommodate a lot of people and flow of traffic was well organized, both from parking lot to the center.
Disliked: Nothing disappointed us.

Enjoyed the Gaither concert and the availability of the parking lot with the walkway. The attendants were very helpful when we were finding our seats. When we needed to leave our seats during the concert, the attendants were there with their flashlights to guide us. Great job!
