Our trip was great; seats were roomy enough; views were great and the club area was excellent for food/drinks/restroom. No issues from me.

Liked: If you are in club seats, the commons area is outstanding. Short lines or no lines at the vendor stands and there are many of them. Also many comfortable sitting areas with newly remodeled seating, nice lighting, etc. Overall a really comfortable space for an arena. Great views all over the arena too.
Disliked: The sound wasn't great, but it is an arena, so you can only expect so much. Plus I was on the side of the stage, so that could be part of the reason.

I like the fact it was only a mile away from the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat if you do not want room service. Very satisfied.

Liked: It was a WWE Raw show - I already knew the show would be good!

Our seats were fantastic! The arena was beautiful, and the staff was awesome. Everybody was so nice. The food was great and the lighting was really good. I would definitely come here again!

We visited the Schottenstein Center for the Kellogg's Tour of Champions Gymnastics event. It was put together very well, and my level 10 daughter loved it. She was even a part of the show. The seats were not comfortable, and there was no leg room or distance between rows.

Liked: Very clean; nice location. Adequate parking.
Disliked: Seats were very small, and even having bought the best seats (5th row back) they were uncomfortable and not as nice as the seats higher up. Not a lot of room between rows or leg room.

Excellent employees who were very friendly and very helpful. Clean facility and nice seating. The service was just perfect. If we get the chance to return we will enjoy ourselves again. This was my childrens and my 78 year old Mom's first concert and they had a blast!!! Thanks!
