I bought general admission tickets for the pit. The United Center offered wristbands with numbers on them for those who want first picks of spots in the pit. The email said to get your wristband and return to the UC by 4:30pm. We get there at 4 and waited in line until the UC security opened the doors at around 6:45pm. The VIP line was let in an hour before us. After we were let in, we got great spots about 6 feet away from the front. After the openers, we were able to move up to about 4 feet. So the 2 plus hours in line was a waste of time because it didn't matter what number was on your wristband, you could be anywhere in the pit.

Liked: The performers.
Disliked: The wait.

Very crowded and confusing. Rude staff. Couldn’t wait in merch line because I am disabled. No one would help me. Sad!

Liked: Amazing. Pearl Jam is best in class rock and roll. They never disappoint!
Disliked: Rude people at the venue.

Easy to get to; felt safe walking back to hotel after concert. Drink prices through the roof, but not unlike any venue.

Liked: East to get to; safe neighborhood.
Disliked: Drink prices.

Enjoyed the concert. Location was great, coming in from Indiana - didn't hit a lot of the hard traffic. Beer prices were outrageous, but had a good time. Clean venue. Band had some issues with their sound which was a little disappointing, but all in all a great night.

Went to the NKOTBSB concert. It was awesome. The United center was huge. and easy to locate. Their security was great. We got in easily and to our seats quickly.

Liked: Nice Place
Disliked: Not enough Women's restrooms

Had an amazing time at the Bon Jovi concert. Best show of the three I've seen.
