My husband and I stayed the weekend of Aug 15-17th at Turtle Creek Casino and Hotel. We really enjoyed the new casino, but we were put back by how rude the the housekeeping staff was. The one person that stood out was an elderly lady named Judy. She was yelling down the hall at some other staff, who was in another room cleaning. She had no care for other guest in the hotel. We also asked for some extra towels and she handed the to me and said "HERE!" very rude.

Liked: Nice rooms
Disliked: Rude Staff
