Parking went fast. The staff was very polite. I really enjoyed the way they had the venue set up - it really helped to foster a good atmosphere. I would definitely attend more concerts here.

We had a very good time. The parking was good. The seating was comfortable for an outside event. The traffic flow leaving was organized. I would attend another event in the future.
Liked: The parking was good; the staff were friendly and helpful. The way the traffic was let out was organized. I enjoyed the sound.
Disliked: I have nothing to comment here.

Just love it up here, it's a getaway for listening to fantastic music!
Liked: The atmosphere there is just amazing. I love that you are in the mountains and the acoustics are amazing - never been disappointed yet.
Disliked: Not necessarily bad - entering the parking part of the venue is very unorganized to the point where you have two points of entry and you still funnel them into one, which throws people off on which direction you are pointing them to. Leaving the venue parking, I believe is the worst. No clear direction on how people leave and the bottlenecking for patrons is horrible. No one wants to share the burden of exiting, meaning patrons feel entitled to not allow 'side' traffic to exit into the main flow of exit traffic. There has to be a better solution with this, not sure how to accomplish this. It's slightly frustrating but I know this is probably an occurrence with a lot of patrons concerns.

I would never attend another event at this venue because of the horrible event staff and the shuttle bus which took an hour to load before the concert. This caused my party to miss both opening acts! Then after the concert it was like the event staff was surprised that the same people would be riding the shuttle bus back to the lots.
Liked: The only positive experience was the concert itself.
Disliked: Traffic control and the shuttle were the worse I've ever experienced. It took an hour to load the shuttle. The event staff were not helpful at all.

Had my 13 year old daughter with me for a concert. Expected some riff raff but was pleasantly surprised that I did not have any issues. Many, many publically intoxicated people walking right past security. Sound reverb was limited at our seat. Price of soda and water is OUTRAGEOUS. I can handle a $3 bottle of soda or water but $5??? We pay top dollar to attend how about a little break on costs?
Liked: Great location, pavilion was nice
Disliked: Lack of enforcement concerning drunken people
