Overall love the Masonic for events - walking distance from our hotel so can't comment on parking. Security was easy.

Liked: Clean; easy security checks.
Disliked: Floor seats are set up strange.

Very nice venue, but the seats could be better. Seating diagram is misleading.

Liked: Great special effects and Sarah was magnificent.
Disliked: We had seats on row three, and by the seating diagram, it looked like we would be up higher. However, our level was four rows deep, and we had to look around several heads.

Arrived to several single-file lines to entrance. Once the doors opened the lines moved quickly through metal detector/check point. Ushers were available to help with finding seats. Floor seats were basic but cushioned and comfortable. Joan Baez and band were amazing! The sound was perfect (not too loud). The only issue was that occasionally the floor lights back stage were aimed directly at the audience.

Liked: Perfect size for an intimate concert. Helpful ushers.
Disliked: Occasional lighting issues from stage (aimed directly at audience).

Liked: Great acoustics, lighting, seating....great event!

We had good food and drink. Very clean, but need to watch sound volume for small space and if people pay for seats they should have to sit; if someone wants to stand then they should stand down on the floor or way in the back so not to block others view.

Liked: The food was good and most of the employees were pleasant.
Disliked: We paid for seats to sit and enjoy the concert but it was ruined because people in front of us were allowed to stand. When we moved to see we were told to return to our seats, so most of the show was missed.
