John, Amershm
It's a lovely theatre, but of it's period, so narrow walkways/stairways.
Liked: The play we went to see: Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf.
Disliked: The raking of the seats (in the stalls) is too shallow, so our view of the stage was obscured by people in front of us.
Martyn R, Dorchester
Really good show in a very intimate setting.
Liked: Friendly staff and very ornate theatre.
Disliked: Could not see front of stage from back circle.
George
This was our first time at this theatre and what a fantastic surprise. It is a really intimate theatre with a lovely atmosphere where you are really close to the actors, in our case, they were in the audience! Lovely evening in a lovely theatre. We look forward to returning in the future.
Liked: Everything!
Disliked: None.
ANNE
We booked a small table in front of the stage which worked really well for Sunny Afternoon. Frequent visitor to this theatre and very good each time. Viewing very good from all areas in the stalls.
