Liked: Sat up at the mez. Great view, sound, service and Dirty Heads show. One the best venues I've been to in my 37 years. Will be back soon.

Great place to see a show. Reverb is amazing.
Liked: Sounded great; no bad seats.
Disliked: Pricey.
Cynthia, Chicago
Very nice venue; bad experience with waitress tainted it and I am hurt.
Liked: Manager listened to me and saw the problem and made me feel like I had not made a bad choice in coming to Detroit! I wish I had asked for a formal apology as I truly deserve one from the waitress from hell!
Disliked: Came in town for the last show of the Dave Chappelle Show. Drove in on Friday night for the show on Saturday. Loved the venue and was pleased with seats and security checks. Everyone was fine until I sat in Mezzanine Box F seats 1-4 and attempted to order drinks. Waitress from hell appears and served attitude and insults until enough became enough! Registered my complaints and it felt like I was heard - however, as a result of having to take the time to complain I missed a significant amount of Dave. Heartbroken!

Next time I will chose a seat by the balcony ledge - there is not a railing to get in the way. If you don't drink beer get a middle of the row seat, due to people getting up every 20 minutes for another beer.
Liked: Wonderful building and great atmosphere; the seats were very comfortable and you can see over the people in front of you.
Steve, Columbus
We had a great time at the Dick Wagner Memorial concert. Not a bad seat in the house. The bathrooms upstairs were cramped but were clean. Great concert venue.
Liked: Acoustics. General feel.
Disliked: Bathrooms.
Meagen, Columbus
I loved the intimacy of this venue. I also loved how gorgeous and well preserved it was. The staff was all very pleasant and did a great job of making sure lower level patrons were not overrun by those who were supposed to be in the upper level. Awesome venue. Excited to see more shows!
Liked: The architecture of this building was absolutely gorgeous!

If you haven't been here, you need to check it out!
Liked: Coolest venue in Detroit. Amazing acts in a very intimate room. The talent booking is fantastic. The people are always very nice.
Disliked: Crowd control is always weird. Never have stanchions in place at the start of the show for concessions and merchandise to keep people in line.
Sarah, Toledo
The beer was overpriced but that happens at any special event!
Liked: As far as the Fillmore, it was beautiful and you could see the stage from any seat. I would definitely go there again.
Disliked: Kip Moore was not that good live so the music itself sucked. His opener was actually better than him.
Tess L, Northern Cambria
There are really no negative points. I love this venue. I have been there three times now, and I enjoyed myself more and more each time. This is a great place for a show of any kind.
Liked: This venue is amazing.
