Our first time at the Birchmere was a wonderful experience. We will definitely return!

Liked: Venue was nice; seats were great; food was delicious. Waitress was outstanding - food came out quickly!
Disliked: Suggestion - muffins should be served in a basket, not on plate with entree. The bottoms were soggy!

This was my first visit to The Birchmere. It was a wonderful experience and very well managed. Very orderly in the way line numbers are distributed and not a bad seat in the house. Acoustics were excellent and the staff was spot on in serving meals and taking care of patrons. Our server was great and the seats we had were perfect. This is no doubt the best venue for a concert. I will certainly be back again!

Attended the Chris Isaak show with three guests. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Our first time at the Birchmere and seeing Chris live exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return to see Chris Isaak again!

Had a wonderful time - staff was excellent with service and smiles! Did not eat there but had some drinks and listened to some great music. Sound system is wonderful and I love all the pictures on the wall!

There were several Birchmere 'regulars' at our table, all sharing our stories of show after show where the sound system was so loud as to be unlistenable. Everything else was great, but the very poor sound ruined it.

Liked: The people we meet have been fantastic.
Disliked: Way, way, way too loud - again.
