We took our daughter there to see one of her favorite bands. The line wrapped all the way around the place towards the Sports Arena. When we finally got in, it was so hot in there, but totally worth it. We could see the whole band and the sound was amazing. Quite a bit of pushing and shoving, but we survived. =D The show was amazing, and the place was amazing to see a show - just get there early!

Liked: Great place to see a show.
Disliked: They pack a lot of kids in there :/

SOMA San Diego is an amazing concert venue with amazing history. I saw my friend's CD release show there as my first time and it was amazing how well the sound guys did with the mix. Overall, the sidestage room was spacious and perfect for the event. While there, I heard that the other "mainstage" room was even bigger and also provided similar experiences. It seems as though many kids come to SOMA and will continue going there for years, and i don't blame them. Check it out if you get the chance! :)
