Clean; spacious; wonderful vendors. And there really isn’t a bad seat in the whole place. We are mostly definitely choosing this location as our go to concert venue.

Liked: Everything was fantastic. From security at the door to the vendors!
Disliked: None.

After reading the rules, before entering, I was happy to see that my purse was smaller than the allowed size. Security would not let me in with my purse. I had to leave the venue area and purchase another handbag. The bag I replaced it with was about the same size as my original yet I was finally allowed to enter the venue, missing the first part of the first band and having no time to check out the merchandise without missing more of the show.

Liked: Got to see one of my favorite bands!
Disliked: Security seemed to be confused about the handbag/purse rules. It has the steepest stairs I think I've ever seen in a venue.

Attended RUSH concert. Seats were a little close together but well-marked and easy to find. The staff and security officers were pleasant and courteous. There was a time this was not always true in New Orleans.

Liked: Staff was very outgoing and helpful.
