We attended the Andre Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra concert on 12 Dec 15. The venue staff were simply superb at directing visitors to the correct entry points. We were pleasantly guided to our seats. To see so many people guided into such a large arena was a wonder to behold. My good lady is disabled - again, the staff ensured her entry to the arena was as trouble free as it could be. The actual concert will live in my memory until I die - it was simply breath taking. We shall have no hesitation in booking for any further events in this theatre. Love it! Just loved it. Thanks again to the people of Glasgow - it's you guys who make it special.
Liked: Fantastic.
Disliked: I do not have any negative points.

We were there to see Dara O'Briain and it was a superb performance in a great venue.

Disliked: Nothing.

I was so looking forward to going to this venue to see what it was like inside. We were on level 2 row U and on arrival climbed up towards our seats. When we got there and I turned around I felt ill. We were seated at the end of a row so had to stand up several times to let people in which would normally not be a problem for me, but it just didn't feel safe. When standing, the back of the seat in front didn't even come up to mid shin level and I constantly worried about falling over when standing up. At the end of the show, we were told we must go down to leave but I just couldn't do it. Fortunately the ushers were very understanding and allowed me to go up the stairs to exit the auditorium. God forbid there should ever be an emergency with people trying to go down the stairs hurriedly; I dread to think what would happen. Not impressed by this venue at all.
Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Seating on upper levels are way too steep.
