We saw Justin Timberlake at the SAP Center. The concert was excellent as was the sound throughout the entire concert. Even though our seats were in the second level, still clear and awesome. Be aware that the stairs up the second level are somewhat steep. Highly recommend this venue for attending a concert.

Liked: Very organized entry process. Sound was excellent. Employees friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Prices for alcoholic drinks extremely overpriced. Completely unreasonable.

First time, I am from SoCal and came to see Sir Paul. I found the SAP a dirty venue: the arena, the restrooms, the outside area where lines are extremely long. Seems more doors could be open. And, the food marginal. I looked forward to, after researching the SAP, to the carving station. The bar was open but no carving station, the only place one could get real food. So disappointed.

Liked: The employees.
Disliked: This place is dirty; food disappointing - why not serve real food like the carving station at a bar that is open for purchasing drinks.

Was a fantastic concert, would go again!

Liked: Paul McCartney.
Disliked: Nothing.

During the intermission, I anticipated the ladies restroom would be packed and it was. I did stand in line and the line was long, but surprisingly fast. SAP had (3) female staff members who were facilitating the lines. On the way in, 1-2 was announcing how many stalls were open. On the way out, they were handing paper towels. Fast, efficient, courteous - I was impressed!

Liked: Clean; organized; excellent customer service.

Lots of parking; regular tickets "affordable"; venue great for concerts.

Liked: Lighting; sound system; staff; two big screens (and Barbra Streisand had high quality large screen behind orchestra).
Disliked: Would like to have had an iced/blended coffee choice and regular drinking water; a women's bathroom had two toilets not functioning.

Liked: Had a great time at the Sharks game.

We saw Pink here and the venue was awesome! We didn't have the best seats but we could still see the stage great. The bar was awesome. Lots of food choices and friendly staff.
