Fantastic arena, maybe someday Calgary will have one.
Liked: Shawn Mendes Concert - fantastic!

The arena is spacious; it has good acoustics and the bathrooms were clean.
Liked: Clean; modern; organized entry even with a lot of people.
Disliked: We had a big group and a staff member was slightly unpleasant when only one of us had all the digital tickets. It wasn't horrible, just a little awkward.

Attended Paul Brandt concert. Excellent venue with comfortable seats and great sound!
Liked: Lots of access to food and drinks and washrooms.

Liked: Well planned out; crowds move well; comfy seating.

The long wait to get into the venue was difficult but the show was absolutely amazing. The service was very good once inside by anyone that was working there when we needed assistance.
Liked: Garth Brooks was the highlight. An amazing show.
Disliked: We had to wait an hour and 15 minutes outside in the snow and cold.

We loved the new Rogers Place. It offers great seating for people in wheelchairs and has excellent sound.
Liked: Wheelchair seating on the first level is great as it provides an unobstructive view.
Disliked: We had to wait over an hour and a half for the doors to open (they were supposed to open at 6pm, but didn't open until 7:30pm.)

Disliked: Drunks and no taxis available.
