I paid for VIP Ticket (Meet and Greet/Dinner). Drove from Michigan to get there. When I arrived, I asked security out front for the details on times for food and the meet and greet. Was told "I don't know, that's all handled next door, try asking around back". Around back I was told "You need to ask next door". Went into the bar and the same security person was the person I had to check in with to get my "Dinner Ticket" - WTF?! If these guys could be organized, would have been a much nicer experience. After Meet and Greet, we were on our own to figure out how/where to be for the "Early Entry" we paid extra for. Again, boils down to: the staff isn't organized, which is ironic because their slogan is "We're not happy till you're happy" (or something like that).

Liked: Great Show (the Winery Dogs).
Disliked: Staff was very unorganized.
