We attended Animazement and had an awesome time. It was our first time at the Raleigh Convention Center and we couldn't have asked for a better place to hold the event. Very spacious with many different rooms so that different things could be going on at the same time. AC was awesome. We had a great time - will definitely be attending next year and for many years to follow.

Liked: Very spacious and cool which was awesome because it was hot outside.

There was plenty of parking near the center, they had a dining department, and it was comfortable

We attended the 7:00 session of "The Change Experience" and it was totally awesome! I hope that they return next year!

The experience of our "Banquet" was so poorly executed that our customers literally left hungry or entirely unfed. I had to make an impromptu decision to refund the the ticket price paid by all customers as a result. Suffice to say that the caterer was unable to handle our event, was not able to cook the food fast enough and even served food that was undercooked. I personally sampled shrimp that was served cold to the touch. The experience was an unmitigated disaster and left us with a near customer revolt. Mr. Krupa and his staff have been unwilling to take any responsibility for this.
