Liked: Great sound.

Liked: Great venue for this concert - great lighting and acoustics.
Disliked: It was freezing out and the line for security took forever. We had to wait outside in the cold and missed the start of the event. More screeners would have made it go faster.

Disliked: Seats on the floor, which cost more than other sections, were way too close to each other. We could barely move our arms. I understand the need to make a profit but this was a poor configuration. The floor seats are obviously smaller and just put in place for concerts. Find a better way, please.

Great night at the Prudential Center. Staff moved the lines through quickly and were friendly and helpful. Seats were comfy though we were up and dancing all night. Sound quality was excellent. We had people in sections 18, 100 and 102 and all were very pleased with their views. Would gladly go back.

I attended the Enrique Iglesias concert there and it was easy to get to and a very nice facility. Everyone was helpful.
