There is no doubting her talent and ability but...... 3000 fans went to Petworth park (an open air venue) in Sussex to watch Diana, the tickets were £50.00 each - the conditions of entry were very strict, no umbrella's?? no tables or chairs, no alcohol, no cameras etc etc etc. She came on at 8.45pm had at least 3 dress changes lasting well over 5 mins each, complained about fans filming her with camera phones, claiming she wont get paid when the film gets on to U-tube (I ask you?) and then left at 10.00pm unannounced, no goodbye, no encore. £50.00 for 1 hours worth of Diana Ross, was it worth it? Absolutely not! Would we go again? No way. Everyone left unhappy and feeling cheated.

l I was able to fit in a quick visit to the House enroute to some local weekend work. I hadn't been to the house for perhaps 25 years and as I was almost passing it was worth a brief stop for a look...

l Lots of dogs without any recall being exercised in the Deer park - nightmare for any reactive dog. We left as not much else to do there. Disappointing

l Petworth is a lovely National Trust house and garden. I thought it was a lot of walking to get to the house from the car park but on the way back we had a lift with the little car that goes round...
