Liked: Plenty of security; everyone was nice and helpful; bathrooms were clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

I attended the Bob Dylan concert on July 27, 2011. The personnel that I interacted with were very professional and helpful. The venue was clean and seating was well organized. The show was excellent. The civic center is very easy to drive to with plenty of parking. It is within walking distance of several nice hotels. A great place to see any event.
