Liked: Concert was good, but too short.
Disliked: Admission process - the line to enter was too far away. Too many people lost the line.

Staff was amazing! My daughter passed out and the staff was very professional.
Liked: Venue staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Saw Volbeat play there this past week. The show was awesome and the venue had great sound. My only complaint would be that the prices of drinks were insane. I know it's New York, but they were still way too much!
Liked: Great, but too pricey.

Absolutely beautiful with great sound. We saw professionals (Bon Jovi and the Kings of Suburbia) with a college band opener - sound mix for both was clean. We sat in the promenade (middle) level, but there didn't appear to be a bad seat anywhere. Clean, comfortable and intimate venue.
Liked: Great.

The show was cancelled by the venue (Best Buy) as I understand it, due to hurricane Sandy. However, the weather was fine - it was a nice night! And all the theater did to inform anyone was post a small piece of paper on it's door. I didn't see anything posted online about it. I flew to NYC to see that show - I feel like the theater treated us rather shabbily.
